ADOPTING
AN INDIVIDUAL EVANGELIST
|
One of the aims of Project Christ
India is to plant churches, to enable the new born-again
believers to have fellowship with each other and worship
the Lord. There are more than a hundred
evangelists/pastors in PCI who are placed in these remote
worship centers to strengthen the believers and to feed
them with the Word of God. |
 |
They have been ministering in very
hard places; many serve in areas where there are few or no
Christians. Even in places where there is a small
Christian community, the local believers are often too
poor to support Christian workers. As PCI ministry is
mostly rural based, among the illiterates and the poor, it
really needs lot of commitment and dedication on their
behalf. They boldly proclaim the Gospel to many; however,
they struggle to feed their families because the local
church is not financially sound to support them.
PCI evangelists are spread in the
States of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Bihar and
Jharkhand.
 |
You
can know about them by their brief description and support
them by donating a sum of $30 to $40 per month per an
evangelist. They deserve your prayers and support for
reaching many more with the gospel of Jesus Christ for the
expansion of His Kingdom. Your gifts will cover their
living costs such as food, shelter, clothing etc. as well
as their ministry expenses like Bibles, literature,
lanterns, bicycles etc. |
A few individuals like you can make an everlasting
investment in this noble venture, and earn hefty returns
for yourself in heaven.
